2. Guidance on Training and Education Opportunities
• Overview of Vocational Training and University Programs in Germany
• Assistance in selecting appropriate training programs based on the candidate’s profile
3. Review and Finalization of Application Documents
• Review and optimization of CV, cover letters and relevant certificates
• Adaption of documents to meet German standards (content, language)
4. Selection of suitable Job Listings
• Search for appropriate job postings and training opportunities
• Consideration of the candidate’s perferences and qualifications
5. Joint Submission of Applications
• Support in submitting the application documents
• Advice on possible follow-up questions and preparation for interviews
Each candidate receives individual counseling and assistance to maximize their chances in the German job market.
